MAMAMOO, Kim Jae Hwan, B.O.Y, And APRIL To Perform At COVID-19 Benefit Concert
KT will be hosting a benefit concert for COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) relief.
On April 3, it was reported that KT, Olleh TV, and Seezn will be broadcasting the Live K Concert for free.
The Live K Concert will take place without an audience to maintain social distancing amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The lineup includes MAMAMOO, Kim Jae Hwan, APRIL, and B.O.Y, who are donating their talent for this event.
Viewers in Korea can donate while watching the concert through the ARS (Automated Response System) on the Olleh tv and Seezn app. International viewers watching via streaming service Kavecon can participate by donating their viewership fee. All of the proceeds will be donated to the NGO Good Neighbors to help people suffering from the COVID-19 outbreak.
Vice President of KT Media Platform Song Jae Ho said, “During this time where many citizens feel depressed and frustrated by the prolonged COVID-19 outbreak, protecting mental health is being brought up as an important subject. We hope that KT’s Live K Concert will be a new alternative in your cultural life.”
Live K Concert airs on April 11 at 6 p.m. KST.
