"The Show" To Not Air For Second Consecutive Week
“The Show” has canceled its broadcast for the second consecutive week.
On April 10, Xportsnews reported that SBS MTV’s “The Show” would not be airing on April 14, in addition to not having aired on April 7.
On April 2 and 4, it was reported that two staff members of Yuehua Entertainment tested positive for COVID-19. Following this news, all members of agency artist EVERGLOW tested negative.
For precautionary measures, EVERGLOW member Sihyeon’s fellow MCs, The Boyz’s Juyeon and Kim Min Kyu, as well as Kisum, DreamCatcher, and various “The Show” producers, have tested negative after all being on the same set.
A representative of “The Show” explained to Xportsnews, “Although our producers have tested negative for COVID-19, they are still remaining in self-isolation. Since they must self-isolate for two weeks, it is inevitable that we have to cancel the April 14 broadcast.”
“The Show” will return to air on April 21 at 6 p.m. KST.
