Watch: Hwang Jung Eum, BTOB's Yook Sungjae, And Choi Won Young Barge Into People's Dreams In "Mystic Pop-Up Bar" Teaser

Upcoming JTBC drama “Mystic Pop-Up Bar” has shared a peek of the hilarious chemistry between Hwang Jung Eum, BTOB’s Yook Sungjae, and Choi Won Young!

Based on a popular webtoon, “Mystic Pop-Up Bar” tells the story of a mysterious pojangmacha (outdoor drinking establishment) run by an ill-tempered woman named Wol Joo (Hwang Jung Eum), an innocent part-time employee named Han Kang Bae (Yook Sungjae), and a former afterlife detective named Chief Gwi (Choi Won Young) who visit customers in their dreams to help resolve their problems.

In the newest teaser, Wol Joo asks Han Kang Bae why he’s in a dream with her and Chief Gwi. Bewildered, Han Kang Bae replies that all he did was enter her pojangmacha, and Wol Joo points out a mere human like him can’t enter people’s dreams. Han Kang Bae asks what they’re doing in someone’s dream, and Chief Gwi replies they’re problem solvers who fulfill people’s wishes and soothe their pent-up frustration in dreams.

Before Han Kang Bae knows it, he becomes part of the team. The three of them work together to accomplish the mission given to Wol Joo: resolve 100,000 people’s problems. She only has ten more left to go, but it isn’t easy to fulfill her task, especially with pressure from grim reaper Yeom (Lee Joon Hyuk).

“Mystic Pop-Up Bar” premieres on May 20 at 9:30 p.m. KST.
