Update: Dal Shabet's Woohee Joins Park Ha Sun, Uhm Ji Won, And Jang Hye Jin In New tvN Drama

Dal Shabet’s Woohee will be joining the cast of tvN’s “Birthcare Center”!
“Birthcare Center” will tell the stories of women at a postpartum care center, who adjust to the joys and struggles of childbirth and postpartum care together. It is directed by Park Su Won, who previously worked on “Prison Playbook” and “Big Forest.”
On May 19, Woohee’s agency, Never Die Entertainment, confirmed that Woohee had been cast in the drama. She will be playing the role of Hee Won, a junior colleague of the male lead Do Yoon (played by Yoon Park). Hee Won is described as a unique but lovable character with chameleon-like charms.
Woohee said, “Rather than focusing on the importance of the character, I will do my best to work hard order to support the production.”
“Birthcare Center” will air sometime in the second half of 2020.

Park Ha Sun, Uhm Ji Won, and Jang Hye Jin are confirmed to be starring together in a new drama that Park Ha Sun was previously in talks for!
“Birthcare Center” is a comedy about a career woman in her forties and tells the story of older women adjusting to childbirth and postpartum care. It will be directed by Park Su Won, who directed tvN’s refreshing comedy “Big Forest.”
Uhm Ji Won will take the role of Oh Hyun Jin, the youngest executive at her company but the oldest mother in the postpartum care center. The veteran actress will portray the joys and sorrows of the pregnancy and postpartum processes.
Park Ha Sun will play Jo Eun Jung, the queen bee of the postpartum care center. Jo Eun Jung is the prime example of a perfect mother, and she is considered the role model of the other mothers. Viewers are already looking forward to seeing a new side of Park Ha Sun in the drama.
On the other hand, Jang Hye Jin, who impressed with her solid acting in the movie “Parasite” and drama “Crash Landing on You,” will portray Choi Hye Sook, the director of the postpartum care center.
The production team said of the work, “The presence of the actors alone makes for a reliable cast. We are looking forward to seeing how synchronized the actors are with their characters, and their great synergy will be a key point. Uhm Ji Won, Park Ha Sun, and Jang Hye Jin will bring their passion to [the small screen] with a pleasant drama that provides healing.”
“Birthcare Center” is currently slated to premiere in the latter half of the year.
