Super Junior's Choi Siwon Warns Fans Of Impersonator Asking For Charity Donations
Super Junior’s Choi Siwon warned fans to be careful of an impersonator online who is approaching his fans to ask for charity donations.
On June 1, Choi Siwon posted on his Instagram screenshots of messages from someone tricking his fans into believing they are Choi Siwon and persuading the fans to donate to a charity.
Choi Siwon wrote in the post’s caption, “There is something I must tell you before the energy of yesterday’s festival fades away. I was informed that there is an account taking charity donations by pretending to be me. Please be careful. I only donate to official websites, legitimate foundations, or nonprofit organizations within the boundaries of the law. Moreover, I do not request one-on-one chats using my personal account to talk about donations. Please beware of @siwonchoiandfans!”
