BTOB's Eunkwang And PENTAGON's Hui Talk About Their Dream Collaboration Partners
On the June 3 episode of Mnet’s “TMI News,” BTOB’s Eunkwang and PENTAGON’s Hui appeared as intern reporters.
During the show, Hui talked about PENTAGON’s participation in the Mnet competition show “Road to Kingdom.” Asked if he felt a sense of pressure from the competition, Hui replied, “This is my first time [on a competition show] with the entire group, so I feel some pressure about that. I do all the arrangements of the songs myself. I work really hard at arranging the songs. I seem to get more stressed than I realize, because I’ve been arranging songs in my dreams. My members keep waking up to the sound of me singing. I’ve been singing in my sleep.”
Eunkwang and Hui were also asked to pick their dream partners for collaborations. Hui said, “I want to make a dance song for Chungha.” He revealed that he’s a big fan of hers and added, “I’d like to work on a song together. I’d like to collaborate with her.”
Eunkwang picked SEVENTEEN’s Seungkwan as his dream collaboration partner. “If the opportunity arises, I’d really like to do it,” he said. “We could promote under the name ‘Seungkwan & Eunkwang.'”
Jun Hyun Moo commented that they could go by “Boo Eun Kwang” (a combination of Boo Seungkwan and Seo Eun Kwang). Jang Do Yeon quipped, “If you go by that name, you’ll be swollen a lot.” (“Boo Eun” sounds like the Korean word for “swollen.”)
Eunkwang is currently gearing up for his solo comeback with “Fo:Rest: Entrance,” while PENTAGON will be collaborating with ONF in the upcoming episode of “Road to Kingdom.”
