YG Entertainment also shared more details about the pre-release single. “How You Like That” is described as a hip hop track with a sound that is unique to BLACKPINK and overflowing with charisma. A key point of the song will be how the vocal and drop parts build according to the change of emotions.

The song will be released on June 26 at 6 p.m. KST.

BLACKPINK’s first comeback teaser is here!

June 10, YG Entertainment unveiled a comeback teaser on Twitter, revealing the date for BLACKPINK’s upcoming pre-release single—June 26 at 6 p.m. KST—and signaling the start of the group’s “three-step comeback,” as confirmed by YG Entertainment earlier in May.

YG Entertainment also revealed earlier through a statement that the group’s full album release in September will be followed by a one-by-one release of solo tracks from each of the BLACKPINK members.

Most recently, BLACKPINK dropped a collaboration with Lady Gaga called “Sour Candy,” which made a debut on Billboard’s Hot 100 at No. 33.
