Lee Sun Hee Says Lee Seung Gi Suggested EXO's Chanyeol As A Collab Partner

Lee Sun Hee talked about her collaboration with EXO’s Chanyeol on KBS’s “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook.”

On the June 19 episode, the veteran singer talked about her latest album, “How Are You?”. Chanyeol is featured as a collaborating artist on the title track of the same name.

Lee Sun Hee said, “I’m very, very grateful to Chanyeol. After writing the song, I wondered how young people are doing these days [a reference to the title of the song]. I felt like I would like to include their experiences in the song. I asked Lee Seung Gi about it and he recommended Chanyeol. I told Lee Seung Gi, ‘If you’re going to recommend him, then give me his contact information.’ I contacted Chanyeol and he readily agreed to do it.”

She sent a video message to Chanyeol and said, “We haven’t been able to share a meal together because you’re so famous that you’re really busy. Because you’re so busy, we’ve only been able to exchange messages. The album is out now, so let’s meet up sometime and I’ll buy you a nice meal. I really hope that your album hits it out of the park too! I will pray that you make good music and bring people together. Thank you so much!”

Chanyeol is currently preparing for EXO-SC’s comeback this summer.
