Kim Dong Han Confirmed To Lead New Web Drama With Woo Davi, Son Hyun Woo, And Park Yi Hyun
Kim Dong Han will be starring as the lead in his first drama alongside rising actors Woo Davi, Park Yi Hyun, and Son Hyun Woo!
The upcoming web drama “TRAP” will be a cross between a romance and thriller that tells the story about the love, temptation, and betrayal that occurs among university students in their twenties.
On June 24, Kim Dong Han’s agency, OUI Entertainment, confirmed, “Kim Dong Han has been cast as the male protagonist in the tvN D web drama ‘TRAP.’ Please give your attention and support to Kim Dong Han’s first attempt at acting in a drama.” Kim Dong Han will play the role of Hyun Woo Jin, who quietly stays by his female friend’s side.
The same day, Woo Davi’s agency, n.CH Entertainment, confirmed, “Woo Davi has been cast as the female protagonist of the tvN D web drama ‘TRAP.'” Woo Davi will play the role of Yang Hye Ji, who has a lot of pride but is soft on the inside. She face lots of ups-and-downs because of her boyfriend Kim Jun Su, whom she met as a freshman.
Actress Park Yi Hyun is also joining the cast as the 21-year-old student Jin Se Yeon. Jin Se Yeon and Yang Hye Ji are close friends who met as classmates when they were 20 years old.
Model and rookie actor Son Hyun Woo of YG KPlus was confirmed for the drama as well. He will take on the role of Kim Jun Su, the boyfriend of Yang Hye Ji whom he has dated for about half a year. Kim Jun Su ends up cheating on her with Jin Se Yeon and hides to avoid all conflicts.
In July, “TRAP” will reveal a preview of its first episode on TikTok. Starting the following week, episodes will be uploaded regularly to the official tvN D YouTube channel.
