Kang Daniel's Agency Clarifies Report About New Track Featuring Simon Dominic
Kang Daniel’s agency corrected a rumor about one of his upcoming songs.
On July 1, Sports DongA reported that Kang Daniel is planning to release a new song on July 25 to celebrate the first anniversary of his solo debut. It was reported that the track features rapper Simon Dominic.
Later that day, a source from his agency Konnect Entertainment responded by telling Newsen, “He’s currently continuing to work on his new album. The song that Simon Dominic features on is just a b-side on his new album. It’s not a song to be released for his first debut anniversary, and it’s also not true that it will be coming out on July 25.”
They added, “We will be making an announcement later on with the concrete details regarding the release date and content of his new album once everything’s determined.”
Kang Daniel will hold an online fan meeting on July 25 at 9 p.m. KST to celebrate his anniversary. His most recent comeback was in March with “2U.”
