Oh My Girl's Jiho To Not Perform At "World Is ONE" Concert Today Due To Injury
Oh My Girl’s Jiho will not be participating in the global K-pop donation concert “World is ONE.”
MBC and World Vision have co-organized the event in hopes to deliver hope across the globe to those suffering from the impact of COVID-19. The artists who will be performing at the concert are Super Junior, MAMAMOO, Stray Kids, SF9, APRIL, N.Flying, Oh My Girl, WJSN, KARD, Ha Sung Woon, Heize, Hiphop Girlz, and jazz musician Na Yoon Sun. The concert will air on July 9 at 7 p.m. KST through V LIVE.
However, WM Entertainment announced that Jiho will not be performing today in an official statement:
Hello, this is WM Entertainment.
Oh My Girl’s Jiho, who was scheduled to appear at “World is ONE” today, experienced sudden muscle pain during rehearsals and received medical treatment at the hospital. She was diagnosed with tendon inflammation and is currently resting.
The six members will be performing without Jiho at “World is ONE,” so we ask for your understanding.
Wishing Jiho a speedy recovery!
