Watch: DAY6's Young K Joins SF9's Inseong And Dawon For Collab Performance Of "You Were Beautiful"

DAY6’s Young K teamed up with SF9’s Inseong and Dawon for an impromptu collaboration!

On July 9, all nine members of SF9 appeared as guests on the latest episode of MBC Standard FM’s “Idol Radio.” During the show, Inseong and Dawon joined forces for a duet version of DAY6’s “You Were Beautiful,” a song that Inseong previously covered earlier this year.

Before their performance, Inseong remarked that he felt honored to be performing the song in front of Young K, who is a DJ on the show. “I covered DAY6’s ‘You Were Beautiful’ once in the past,” he said, “and I feel really shy about this, but it’s an honor to be able to sing the song in front of the original singer like this.”

Young K humbly replied, “No, I’m the one who feels honored,” and Inseong went on, “I’ll do my best to sing the song well.”

Later, during the second verse of Inseong and Dawon’s cover, Young K thrilled fans by unexpectedly joining the two SF9 members and even adding some gorgeous harmonies during Inseong’s parts.

Afterwards, Young K lavished praise on both idols, commenting, “It was truly an honor. Both of you are such great singers.”
