"New Journey To The West" Gearing Up To Launch New Season

“New Journey to the West” is preparing for its next season!

On July 29, Newsen reported that the cast and crew of “New Journey to the West” are scheduled to start filming for the next season in August. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this season will be filmed in Korea and not overseas like usual.

In response to the reports, a source from tvN shared, “‘New Journey to the West 8’ is currently in the early stages of planning, and the format, filming schedule, location, concept, and more have not been decided yet.”

The six cast members in the previous season were Kang Ho Dong, Lee Soo Geun, SECHSKIES’s Eun Ji Won, WINNER’s Song Mino, Block B’s P.O, and Super Junior’s Kyuhyun.
