Watch: Shin Ye Eun And Ong Seong Wu Walk The Line Between Friends And Lovers In 1st Teaser For New Drama

Upcoming JTBC drama “More Than Friends” has shared its first teaser of Ong Seong Wu and Shin Ye Eun that is bound to get anyone’s heart racing!

“More Than Friends” will be a romance story about two friends who develop feelings for each other across the span of 10 years. Kyung Woo Yeon (Shin Ye Eun) has been in an unrequited love for a long time but ends up hiding her true feelings, while Lee Soo (Ong Seong Wu) finally realizes how he feels about her and expresses his true feelings. The drama follows them as it asks what the chances are of two close friends becoming lovers.

The new teaser begins with Kyung Woo Yeon confessing to Lee Soo that she has feelings for him, but he turns her down as he says, “You’re just a friend to me. I want us to just keep being friends.” She can’t help but shout in frustration as her love goes unreciprocated. He keeps appearing in front of her and greeting her warmly, and his reply of “This isn’t a dream, it’s real,” when she asks, “Is this a dream?” is enough to make her question everything.

Kyung Woo Yeon makes another drunken confession to him while a group of friends are gathered for drinks, and then she says, “Since I started liking you, I can’t seem to like anyone else.” This leads to the question of whether or not her honest confessions will signal a change for the two and they will finally find the right timing for them to become something more. Lee Soo can also be heard saying, “We’ll see each other again. Because I’ve decided that we will.”
