Im Soo Hyang's Agency Clarifies Report About Her Fall On Set Of Upcoming Drama
Im Soo Hyang’s agency FN Entertainment has made clarifications regarding a fall that was recently reported on.
On August 18, Newdaily reported that Im Soo Hyang had suffered a fall last month while filming a scene for upcoming MBC drama “When I Was the Most Beautiful.” The source they cited claimed that the actress had briefly lost consciousness as a result of the impact of the fall, and had to be rushed to the emergency room in the middle of filming.
In response to this report, a source from FN Entertainment stated that the claims were only partially factual. They said, “It’s true that Im Soo Hyang did fall while filming ‘When I Was the Most Beautiful’ last month. The actor she was filming a scene with had to run while carrying her, but the floor was slippery and they ended up falling down. However, she did not lose consciousness like the original report claimed. Although she was very shocked, she did not faint.”
They continued to add, “We did visit the emergency room later in order to make sure she didn’t suffer from any injuries, and fortunately, the doctors said she was okay. We spoke to the production staff and Im Soo Hyang was able to take a short break, and she has since returned to the set to film. She did not suffer any major injuries. She never fainted.”
“When I Was the Most Beautiful” tells the story of two brothers who fall in love with the same woman and stars Im Soo Hyang, Ji Soo, Ha Seok Jin, and Hwang Seung Eon. The drama will premiere on August 19 at 9:30 p.m. KST and will be available on Viki.
