Kim Won Hae's Agency Shares Update On His COVID-19 Treatment And Safety Measures Taken For Employees
Kim Won Hae’s agency has shared an update on the actor’s health and treatment process since testing positive for COVID-19.
Kim Won Hae had been working on the play “Jjamppong” (literal title) with Seo Sung Jong, who had tested positive for COVID-19 on August 19. The next day, SSGG Company confirmed that Kim Won Hae had also tested positive. All of his scheduled activities, including filming for KBS’s new drama “Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol,” were cancelled.
On August 26, the agency shared an update on how the actor is doing as they explained, “Kim Won Hae is currently receiving treatment in a quarantined medical facility, and he is doing well.”
The agency added, “Kim Won Hae’s on-site manager also got tested, and his results came back negative. The manager will quarantine for two weeks and then get tested once more to be sure. All of our offices and vehicles have been disinfected, and all of our employees are currently working from home.”
They concluded by stating, “We sincerely apologize for causing so much concern, and we will do our best to ensure that Kim Won Hae has a full recovery.”
