Watch: SEVENTEEN Members Surprise "I-LAND" Contestants In Preview For Next Week

SEVENTEEN’s performance unit will be giving the “I-LAND” contestants some pointers in the next episode!

At the end of the August 28 broadcast of the show, a preview was shown for next week that reveals SEVENEEN’s Hoshi, Jun, The8, and Dino visiting the “I-LAND” facilities.

At the beginning of the preview, the 11 remaining contestants are surprised by the news that they’ll be hearing the current status of global votes, before the voting closes.

Afterwards, it’s shared that the trainees will take on a mission for unit selection that involves covering two SEVENTEEN songs with different concepts. The SEVENTEEN dance unit arrives at the training facilities, shocking the contestants.

Hoshi encourages the trainees as he says, “Be shameless! Be entertaining! Let’s go!” and a team of contestants is shown doing the choreography to SEVENTEEN’s “Pretty U.” Hoshi continues to yell, “Give us that explosive energy!” and the guys later cheer, “One more time!” Hoshi even gets in the training room himself to do the dance with them.

The preview goes on to announce the third test is between “Chamber 5 (Dream of Dreams)” with a “refreshing” concept versus “Flame On” with an “explosive” concept. The trainees are told that they must put on a performance that suits each concept. A preview of one of the songs includes dancers waking up after lying on the floor covered by blankets.

Storyteller Namgoong Min then reminds everyone that one contestant will be eliminated based on the global vote. The global viewer vote finishes at the end of the day on August 29 (midnight KST), and Jake will be receiving twice the amount of votes due to the producer benefit he earned in this week’s episode.
