"Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol" Resumes Filming After Production Was Paused Due To COVID-19
KBS’s upcoming drama “Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” will be resuming filming after production was put on pause earlier this month.
On August 20, “Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” temporarily paused filming after the news that Seo Sung Jong, who was working on “To All the Guys Who Loved Me,” had tested positive for COVID-19. This was because staff members worked on both dramas. Later, Heo Dong Won, who is in “Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” and acted in a play with Seo Sung Jong, confirmed that he had tested positive as well. After that, KBS put a halt on all production and the premiere for “Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” was pushed back. The entire cast and crew were tested for COVID-19, and lead actors Go Ara and Lee Jae Wook confirmed that they had tested negative.
On September 1, a source from “Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” stated, “It is true that we resumed filming today. The two lead actors, Go Ara and Lee Jae Wook, both returned to set today. We have put in a number of precautions in order to ensure the safety of the cast and crew and prevent the spread of COVID-19. We will put safety first while filming.”
“Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” had been set to premiere on August 26. The new premiere date is still under discussion.
