Jang Nara's Brother Jang Sung Won To Be Married Next Month
Actor Jang Sung Won is tying the knot next month!
On September 12, actor Joo Ho Sung—the father of siblings Jang Nara and Jang Sung Won—announced on Facebook that his son was preparing for a wedding in October.
Joo Ho Sung wrote, “Finally, our family has wedding news to share. My son had his wedding shoot today. And his wedding will be on October 31.”
He went on to mention his hopes that Jang Nara would follow in her older brother’s footsteps, writing, “Just as we were getting worried that he was getting old, our family has ended up growing like this, and my joy is boundless… and I’m hoping that this will motivate my daughter to also think of getting married… I’m full of anticipation.”
Joo Ho Sung also shared that in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the couple would be carefully adhering to safety regulations and holding a small wedding with only close friends and family. He added that if the pandemic worsened, they would consider the possibility of holding a wedding with no guests and streaming the ceremony on YouTube.
The actor continued, “I was so grateful to my endlessly pretty daughter-in-law for choosing my son that I stayed by their side to help them throughout the wedding shoot. Now, as I pray for the pandemic to end, I’d like to boast to the whole world that my family is gaining a new member. Please give us your blessings.”
Jang Sung Won debuted as an actor in 1995 and has since gone on to appear in a variety of dramas, including tvN’s “The Crowned Clown.” He most recently appeared in the KBS romantic comedy “To All the Guys Who Loved Me” alongside Hwang Jung Eum and Yoon Hyun Min.
