On September 17 at approximately 5:18 p.m. KST, the music video for BLACKPINK’s “Whistle” music video reached 550 million views on YouTube. The music video was released on August 8, 2016, meaning it took four years, one month, and approximately nine days to hit the milestone.
BLACKPINK’s “Whistle” is the group’s sixth music video to reach 550 million views after “DDU-DU DDU-DU,” “As If It’s Your Last,” “BOOMBAYAH,” “Kill This Love,” and “Playing with Fire.”
