Cube Entertainment’s co-founder Hong Seung Sung will be debuting a new girl group under his agency S2 Entertainment.

On September 21, Hong Seung Sung took to his Twitter account to announce his first project since establishing S2 Entertainment. He announced his departure from Cube Entertainment earlier this year.

Hong Seung Sung is said to have planned the concept, music, and visual aspects of the upcoming girl group, as well as having cast and trained the members himself. He stated, “Combining exceptional skills, talent, good personalities, and star quality, these gems will be working together in the future.”

Hong Seung Sung continued, “I’m trying to begin my dream of taking on the world with these trainees, as I apply the knowledge from my past 30 years of experience with producing.”

S2 Entertainment’s new girl group is reported to have strong songwriting, performance, and language skills that can make them global stars.

The new girl group is expected to debut in the first half of 2021.
