"Lie After Lie" Continues To Make Channel A History As It Soars To New All-Time Ratings High
“Lie After Lie” has broken its own record for the highest drama viewership ratings in Channel A history!
On September 25, the suspense-romance drama starring Lee Yoo Ri and Yeon Jung Hoon soared to new heights with its highest viewership to date. According to Nielsen Korea, the eighth episode of “Lie After Lie” scored an average rating of 4.5 percent nationwide and 5.1 percent in the Seoul metropolitan area.
Not only do the ratings mark a new all-time high for “Lie After Lie,” but they also managed to break the hit drama’s own record for the highest ratings ever achieved by any Channel A drama to date.
Meanwhile, SBS’s “Alice” enjoyed a rise in viewership from its previous episode the night before, scoring average nationwide ratings of 7.0 percent and 8.7 percent for its two parts.
KBS 2TV’s new weekend drama “Homemade Love Story,” which aired its third episode last night, held strong as the most-watched drama of the evening with average nationwide ratings of 19.7 percent and 23.0 percent for its two parts.
OCN’s “Missing: The Other Side,” which resumed airing after a one-week hiatus, scored an average nationwide rating of 3.0 percent, while tvN’s “Forest of Secrets 2” scored an average rating of 7.2 percent for the night.
Finally, JTBC’s new romance drama “More Than Friends” scored an average nationwide rating of 1.4 percent for its second episode.
