B.I.G's Benji Announces Departure From The Group
On October 1, B.I.G’s Benji took to his personal Instagram account to announce he was leaving the group.
He uploaded different photos of himself and his members and explained in Korean and English that his contract with GH Entertainment had come to an end after seven years. As a result, he has decided to leave the group in pursuit of solo activities. He spoke about how he vividly remembers naming the group with their agency, as well as their first performance and concert together.
He also added an individual message to each of his members and thanked his agency for their care. After apologizing to fans for the sudden news, he also thanked them for their love and support.

B.I.G made their debut on July 2014 as a five-member group with their single “Hello.” Member Jinseok later joined the group in January 2019. The group’s latest comeback was in November 2019 with “Illusion.”
