October Variety Show Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety shows!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, interaction, media coverage, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 50 popular variety programs, using big data collected from September 5 to October 4.
TV Chosun’s “Love Call Center” topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 9,762,529 for October. High-ranking phrases in the show’s keyword analysis included “Im Young Woong,” “Young Tak,” and “Jung Dong Won,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “release,” “fierce,” and “appear.” The program’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 83.55 percent positive reactions.
MBC’s “How Do You Play?” took second place in the rankings this month with a brand reputation index of 8,898,880.
Finally, JTBC’s “Ask Us Anything” held onto its spot at third place with a brand reputation index of 8,377,479 for October.
