Suzy And Nam Joo Hyuk's Drama 'Start-Up' Increases The Intrigue With Relationship Chart

tvN’s upcoming drama “Start-Up” shared some more details about its plot through a relationship chart!

“Start-Up” is a drama set in a fictional South Korean version of Silicon Valley called Sandbox, where young dreamers set out to achieve success in the world of startup companies.

The thing that stands out the most on the new chart is the relationship between the four leads. Suzy stars as Seo Dal Mi, who dreams of becoming Korea’s Steve Jobs and is currently a contract worker, and Nam Joo Hyuk plays Nam Do San, a genius engineer who founded Samsan Tech. Kim Seon Ho takes the role of Han Ji Pyeong, a team leader at a venture capital film, while Kang Han Na plays Won In Jae, the CEO of the company Nature Morning.

There’s a line with a heart between Seo Dal Mi and Nam Do San and between Seo Dal Mi and Han Ji Pyeong too, hinting at their love triangle. In the past, Seo Dal Mi had been comforted by a handwritten letter that she thought was from Nam Do San. However, it was secretly written by Han Ji Pyeong at the request of her grandmother Choi Won Deok (played by Kim Hae Sook). Viewers are in for an exciting reunion between these three characters who are connected by their pasts.

Meanwhile, Seo Dal Mi and Won In Jae are sisters but have different family names. Their social positions are also very different, with Seo Dal Mi working on a temporary contract and Won In Jae being the head of a company. Drama fans are looking forward to finding out more about the story of these two sisters who lead very different lives.

Surrounding Nam Do San are his co-founders of Samsan Tech, the engineers Kim Yong San (Kim Do Wan) and Lee Chul San (Yoo Su Bin). His parents are Nam Sung Hwan (Kim Won Hae) and Park Geum Jung (Kim Hee Jung). Along with Seo Dal Mi’s grandmother Choi Won Deok, those characters will all be playing the roles of reliable helpers for the leads.

Meanwhile, Seo Dal Mi and Won In Jae’s birth mother is Cha Ah Hyun (Song Sun Mi) and she appears under the heading “Dal Mi’s family,” rather than “In Jae’s family.” Under “In Jae’s family” is her step-father, the Morning Group president Won Doo Jung (Uhm Hyo Sup) and his son Won Sang Soo (Moon Dong Hyuk), who is Won In Jae’s assistant.

Meanwhile, Yoon Sun Hak (Seo Yi Sook) is the head of SH Venture Capital, where Han Ji Pyeong is the top team leader. In addition, there are also the well-rounded designer Jung Sa Ha (Stephanie Lee) and Alex (Jo Tae Kwan), who’s the director of a global portal site, and curiosity is rising about what key roles they’ll be playing too.

“Start-Up” premieres on October 17 at 9 p.m. KST on tvN.
