SEVENTEEN's "Semicolon" Surpasses 1.1 Million Stock Pre-Orders
SEVENTEEN’s upcoming album is on track to set a new milestone for the group!
As of October 16, “Semicolon,” SEVENTEEN’s upcoming EP, surpassed 1.1 million stock pre-orders. This is the second time in 2020 that SEVENTEEN has surpassed 1 million stock preorders, with “Heng:garæ” surpassing 1.06 million stock pre-orders earlier this summer.
The number of stock pre-orders is the amount of album stock that is produced prior to the album’s release. This number is the estimated demand calculated based on various factors, including how many albums were pre-ordered by fans.
“Heng:garæ” went on to earn the group the title of “million sellers” with its impressive first-week sales. If “Semicolon” matches or surpasses that record, the group will earn the title of “double million sellers” for selling a million copies of two albums in a single year.
“Semicolon” and the music video for title track “HOME;RUN” will be available on October 19. Check out the teasers here!
