Jin Goo Confirms Casting As Lead Role In New Film
Jin Goo will be starring in a new film!
The actor has been cast in the upcoming film “You Are So Precious to Me” (working title). Directed by Lee Chang Won and Kwon Sung Mo, the movie is about a man who has always lived as a loner and a child with deaf-blindness who end up living under the same roof and changing each other’s lives.
The movie is said to be similar to the story of Helen Keller, who also had deaf-blindness. Jin Goo has been cast as Jae Sik, the CEO of Sik Entertainment, which organizes large events. Jung Seo Yeon has been cast as Eun Hye, who lives with deaf-blindness. As Jae Sik and Eun Hye try to find a way to communicate, Jae Sik also overcomes his own mysophobia (obsessive cleanliness).
This will be Jin Goo’s first film since 2017’s “One Line,” although he made a special appearance in 2018’s “Heung-boo: The Revolutionist.”
“You Are So Precious to Me” began filming on October 15 in the city of Jeongeup in North Jeolla Province.
