“Secret Royal Inspector” (working title) has released new stills of Kim Myung Soo!

KBS 2TV’s upcoming Monday-Tuesday drama follows Sung Yi Kyum (Kim Myung Soo) as he goes undercover to fight the injustice of corruption in the Joseon dynasty.

It all starts when he gets caught leading a double life. During the day, he is an ordinary public official at the Hongmungwan (the Office of Special Advisors). Then at night, he becomes a wild gambler. As punishment, he is ordered to become a secret royal inspector. The story unfolds as he takes on interesting and challenging cases.

The newly released stills show the multi-faceted nature of Sung Yi Kyum. In one, he shows his genuine and serious side. Deeply lost in thought, he has a melancholy look in his eyes. In another, he focuses on a target with his bow pulled.

The last photo is a good example of how his character switches back and forth between solemnness and comedy. With his hat on crookedly, he gives off a serious yet playful expression. The drama will focus on how Sung Yi Kyum evolves by getting through each investigation.
