APRIL's Naeun Joins Lee Je Hoon And Esom In Talks For Revenge Drama
APRIL’s Naeun is considering a role in the upcoming drama “Deluxe Taxi” (literal title).
The show is based on a webtoon of the same name, and it’s about a unique taxi service in which the drivers get revenge on behalf of their passengers.
It was previously confirmed that Lee Je Hoon is in talks to star as Kim Do Ki, a mysterious driver for the taxi company whose mother was murdered. Esom is also in talks for the drama, reportedly for the role of the passionate attorney Kang Ha Na.
On November 4, EDaily reported that Naeun has been cast as the character Go Eun, who calls herself an IT specialist while others consider her a hacker. Along with Kim Do Ki, she works as part of Rainbow Taxi Company to solve people’s problems.
DSP Media later stated, “She is positively considering acting in the drama.”
Naeun debuted with APRIL in 2015, and she’s also acted in the popular web drama series “A-TEEN” as well as in the SBS drama “Hip Hop King – Nassna Street” and MBC drama “Extraordinary You.” She’s currently an MC for “Inkigayo” and “Get It Beauty 2020.”
