"Music Bank" To Make A Change In How It Calculates Weekly Rankings

KBS’s “Music Bank” is making a small change to how it calculates its weekly chart rankings.

According to the show’s official website, the digital music charts that are used to calculate the rankings for “K-Chart” will change as of November 3.

Soribada will be removed and FLO will be added. This means that, starting the week of November 3, “Music Bank” will calculate its weekly rankings from a total of five digital music charts: Melon, Bugs, Genie Music, Naver Vibe, and FLO.

The “K-Chart” on “Music Bank” is calculated through a combination of digital music charts, album sales, the amount of broadcasts, and viewer choice charts. The rankings on this chart determine who will win “Music Bank” each week.

“Music Bank” airs every Friday at 5 p.m. KST. It is currently hosted by TXT’s Soobin and Oh My Girl’s Arin.
