Song Ha Yoon and Lee Jun Young’s upcoming rom-com has released a new teaser!

MBC’s “Please Don’t Date Him” is a futuristic rom-com about women who use a device equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to make decisions about who to date.

The teaser starts with Song Ha Yoon’s character Seo Ji Sung, who discovers an “ancestral spirit” in AI technology in her new refrigerator. A mishap with the fridge leads to her unlikely first meeting with firefighter Jung Kook Hee (played by Lee Jun Young), who announces that he received her call for help.

As the two continue to cross paths and romance blooms, Jung Kook Hee shares, “I’m not that kind of person. The kind who goes around and dates anyone.” Despite the fairytale aspect of it all, the spirit in her fridge tells her, “This search is not possible.” Seo Ji Sung exclaims, “It is a bit suspicious, right? I’m scared right now,” while supposed firefighter Jung Kook Hee walks among a sea of fans.

After, the fridge announces that there is no data and Seo Ji Sung looks shocked to see a different side of Jung Kook Hee. Someone else comments, “What kind of work does he do? Where does he work?”

Jung Kook Hee is a man approved by the AI fridge, which helps women decide who to date, but he is also a man full of secrets that makes Seo Ji Sung suspicious. Viewers can look forward to discovering the true identity of Jung Kook Hee as well as how that plays a role in his romance with Seo Ji Sung!

MBC’s “Please Don’t Date Him” premieres on November 10 at 10:40 p.m. KST. Check out the full teaser here!
