BTS’s latest album is off to an impressive start!

On November 20 at 2 p.m. KST, BTS made their highly-anticipated return with their new album “BE (Deluxe Edition)” and its accompanying title track “Life Goes On.”

The following morning, Big Hit Entertainment announced that according to Hanteo Chart data, “BE (Deluxe Edition)” had already sold over 2 million copies within the first 20 hours of its release.

Notably, the album sold over 1 million copies within the first 30 minutes of its release at 2 p.m., making it the fastest album to reach the milestone in Hanteo Chart history, and it went on to sell over 1.95 million copies in its official first day of sales on November 20 KST.

“BE (Deluxe Edition)” and “Life Goes On” have also been sweeping iTunes charts across the globe, with both the album and its title track reaching No. 1 in at least 90 different regions each less than a day after their release.
