Super Junior Signs With Global Agency ICM Partners
Super Junior is now signed with ICM Partners!
On November 23, famous American media magazine Variety exclusively reported that ICM Partners would be representing Super Junior in all territories excluding Asia.
With headquarters in Los Angeles and offices in New York, Washington D.C., and London, ICM Partners is a top U.S. agency in charge of various businesses in media including music as well as motion pictures, television, publishing, live performances, branded entertainment, and new media. The agency works with top artists such as Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, Khalid, Samuel L. Jackson, Orlando Bloom, Uma Thurman, Megan Fox, John Cena, and more.
ICM Partners’ Vice President of Concerts Jon Pleeter shared, “We are thrilled to represent the kings of the Korean Wave, Super Junior. Along with Label SJ, we look forward to growing the Super Junior brand across the media landscape, including global touring, marketing, business development and strategic partnerships.”
Variety wrote, “The group released its debut album in 2005 and broke through internationally with their 2009 song ‘Sorry Sorry.’ Over the years the group has won 13 Mnet Asian Music Awards, 19 Golden Disc Awards and U.S. Teen Choice Awards for International Artist and Best Fandom and released more than 30 albums in Korea and Japan, including nine studio albums.” Super Junior has also showcased their concert brand “Super Show” in Asia and Europe to over 2.2 million fans. Furthermore, their online concert gathered more than 123,000 fans all over the world.
The group has been busy releasing full-group, unit, and solo albums, and they have been actively appearing on variety shows, radio programs, musicals, and more.
Super Junior recently announced that they would be returning with their 10th full album “The Renaissance” in December. They kicked off promotions by pre-releasing “The Melody” for their 15th anniversary.
