"Kairos" Shares Peek At Tense Encounters Between Shin Sung Rok, Lee Se Young, Ahn Bo Hyun, And Nam Gyu Ri

MBC’s Monday-Tuesday drama “Kairos” has shared a glimpse of the upcoming episode!

The “time-crossing fantasy thriller” is about the interconnected fates of Kim Seo Jin (Shin Sung Rok), a man who falls into despair after his daughter is kidnapped, and Han Ae Ri (Lee Se Young), a woman who is searching for her missing mother. From Kim Seo Jin’s perspective, Han Ae Ri is living exactly one month in the past – but after the two miraculously communicate from their different times, they set out on a thrilling quest to save their missing loved ones.

Kim Seo Jin’s right-hand man Seo Do Kyun is played by Ahn Bo Hyun, while Nam Gyu Ri stars as Kim Seo Jin’s wife Kang Hyun Chae.

Previously on “Kairos,” Kim Seo Jin followed Lee Tae Kyu (Jo Dong In) and came across the murder scene of Kwak Song Ja (Hwang Jung Min). Kim Seo Jin also started to suspect Seo Do Kyun after realizing he was the one who had recommended Lee Tae Kyu to be hired at the company.

In the new stills, Kim Seo Jin calls Seo Do Kyun into his office. The air is thick with tension, and they stare at each other with stiff shoulders. Kim Seo Jin’s expression is cold and doubtful, whereas Seo Do Kyun’s face is clouded with dark fierceness.

“Kairos” also unveiled new stills of Lee Se Young and Nam Gyu Ri in character.

Previously in the drama, Kang Hyun Chae hired someone to follow Han Ae Ri and saw Han Ae Ri meeting her daughter Kim Da Bin (Shim Hye Yeon). Han Ae Ri is planning to hide a location tracker in Kim Da Bin’s doll with the help of her friend Im Gun Wook (WINNER’s Kang Seung Yoon).

In the new stills, Kang Hyun Chae visits Han Ae Ri at the convenience store she works at. Despite Han Ae Ri’s desperate warning that she will lose her child, Kang Hyun Chae doesn’t look concerned at all. She approaches Han Ae Ri with an unreadable expression, and Han Ae Ri stares at her with appalled eyes. Han Ae Ri knows her husband Kim Seo Jin is doing his hardest to protect Kim Da Bin, so she finds it unfortunate that Kang Hyun Chae isn’t making the same effort as him.
