Watch: Cha Tae Hyun, Lovelyz's Mijoo, TXT's Huening Kai And Yeonjun, And More Test Their Friendship In "Running Man" Preview

An exciting group of celebrity guests will be appearing in the “Friendship Awards” special of SBS’s “Running Man”!

The preview for the December 6 episode begins with Lee Kwang Soo, Yoo Jae Suk, Lovelyz’s Mijoo, and Jun So Min in a small room together when a steel door suddenly clangs shut and traps them inside. The lights flash red as the cast and guests panic and try to figure out what’s going on.

The preview then rewinds to the introduction, when the PD announces that “Running Man” will hold its first “Friendship Awards.” Cha Tae Hyun is the first guest to be introduced, as one of Kim Jong Kook‘s close friends. This is the first time in nine years that Cha Tae Hyun has officially made an appearance on “Running Man.”

The next guests are Yang Dong Geun and Jang Dong Min, who are known in the entertainment industry to be close friends. Lovelyz’s Mijoo appears as Jun So Min’s friend (the two starred in “The Sixth Sense” together with Yoo Jae Suk) and TXT’s Huening Kai and Yeonjun round out the guest list.

Cha Tae Hyun and Kim Jong Kook have been friends for 25 years. When Cha Tae Hyun is asked what Kim Jong Kook means to him, Cha Tae Hyun quips, “Protein?” The preview then shows the cast members and guests testing their friendship in various games.

This episode of “Running Man” will air on December 6 at 5 p.m. KST.
