On December 8, it was reported that the new boy group ENHYPEN would be attending The Fact Music Awards.

Later, the organizing committee for The Fact Music Awards confirmed the news and stated, “Their debut album sales alone prove that they meet the criteria to receive awards at The Fact Music Awards. We have also listened to fans’ desire to see ENHYPEN perform at the end-of-year awards ceremonies. After considering the judging criteria and the fans’ opinions, we have decided to add ENHYPEN to the artist lineup.”

ENHYPEN is a seven-member boy group formed through Mnet and BELIFT’s collaboration survival program “I-LAND.” Their debut album, “BORDER: DAY ONE,” recently broke the record among 2020 rookie groups for the highest first-week album sales. The album also placed No. 1 on Oricon’s daily albums chart, an impressive feat for a debut Korean release.

ENHYPEN also recently performed at the 2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards.

The Fact Music Awards is scheduled to take place on December 12. The ceremony is “ontact” (no face-to-face contact) and will air live online in various regions around the world. Jun Hyun Moo and Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun return as hosts.
