Former ILUV Member Minah Forwarded To Prosecution In Defamation Case
Former ILUV member Minah has been forwarded to the prosecution.
On December 8, ILUV’s legal representatives released an official update on ILUV’s lawsuit against Shin Minah, a former member of the girl group.
Their statement revealed that on November 28, the Seoul Jongno Police Station had forwarded Shin Minah to the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office with a recommendation for indictment on the charges of obstruction of business and violating the Information Communications Network Act (defamation).
WKS ENE released a statement confirming the news and thanked fans for their support of ILUV, several members of whom have re-debuted as the girl group BOTOPASS.
Back in July, Minah alleged that she had been bullied by the other ILUV members. WKS ENE, ILUV’s agency, denied the claims and, along with the members, sued Minah for defamation and spreading false information.
