"True Beauty" Gets Off To A Good Start In Ratings As "Cheat On Me If You Can" Sees Drop
tvN’s “True Beauty” made its long-awaited premiere on December 9!
According to Nielsen Korea, the first episode of the drama recorded average nationwide ratings of 3.573 percent, with a peak of 3.8 percent. The drama also recorded average ratings of 4.056 percent in the Seoul capital region, with a peak of 4.3 percent. While not as strong as the ratings of its predecessor in this time slot, “Tale of the Nine-Tailed,” which began and ended in the 5 percent range, it is a solid start for the new drama.
On KBS, “Cheat on Me If You Can” saw a slight drop in ratings after a successful first week. After solid ratings in the upper 5 percent range, the third episode recorded average nationwide ratings of 3.3 and 4.5 percent.
On MBC, “The Spies Who Loved Me” recorded ratings of 1.8 and 2.3 percent, a drop from last week’s ratings.
