Watch: Ji Chang Wook, Kim Ji Won, And More Share Contrasting Thoughts On Relationships In Drama Teaser

“Lovestruck in the City” has revealed a new teaser!

On December 10, Kakao TV’s upcoming drama “Lovestruck in the City” released its second teaser looking at the relationships between its six leads. This short-form romance drama will follow the realistic love lives of young people fighting to survive in the hectic city. It is currently being produced with multiple seasons in mind, and the upcoming first season is entitled “My Lovable Camera Thief” (literal translation).

The teaser asks each character, “What is your dating style like?” While Park Jae Won (played by Ji Chang Wook) and Lee Eun Oh (Kim Ji Won) had a loving relationship at one point, their memories of their relationship slightly differ. Park Jae Won complains, “I was genuine. You’re such a bad person.” Lee Eun Oh nonchalantly explains, “Why do men bluff so much?”

The romance of long-time couple Choi Kyung Joon (Kim Min Seok) and Seo Rin Yi (So Ju Yeon) is somewhere in between feeling lovestruck and comfortable. He shares, “I think it’s up to men.” As if she’s responding, Seo Rin Yi retorts, “Can you tell them not to get it twisted?” As former friends and current lovers, the two will show an incredibly relatable story with their different personalities and approaches to their relationship.

Lastly, Oh Sun Young (Han Ji Eun) and Kang Gun (Ryu Kyung Soo) preview their intense romance. Kang Gun comments, “You shouldn’t be fooled by women,” and Oh Sun Young gives a wink.

“Lovestruck in the City” is a collaboration project between director Park Shin Woo and writer Jung Hyun Jung. The former has worked on “It’s Okay To Not Be Okay” and “Jealousy Incarnate” while the latter has worked on the “I Need Romance” series and “Discovery of Love,” raising anticipation for the romance drama they will create.

“Lovestruck in the City” premieres on December 22 at 5 p.m. KST.
