Jung Yu Mi And Han Suk Kyu In Talks For Drama By "Crash Landing On You" Director
Jung Yu Mi and Han Suk Kyu are considering roles in an upcoming JTBC drama!
On December 18, OSEN reported that Jung Yu Mi has been confirmed for the cast of the upcoming drama “Until the Morning Comes” (literal title). The show is a new project by Lee Jung Hyo, who directed the tvN drama “Crash Landing on You.”
OSEN reports that the drama tells the story of what happens when one day in the heart of Seoul, a dead body is found in a man’s suitcase. A former forensic pathologist for the National Forensic Service becomes the prime murder suspect. However, the case is baffling and a profiler is brought in to help the investigation by figuring out why a forensic pathologist would choose to become a criminal.
It’s reported that Jung Yu Mi’s character in the drama would be the profiler with keen observation skills, while Han Suk Kyu would be taking the role of the forensic pathologist turned criminal.
Later that day, Management SOOP told YTN Star, “Jung Yu Mi is positively considering acting in ‘Until the Morning Comes.'” Han Suk Kyu’s agency also confirmed in November that he is considering the role.
Jung Yu Mi recently starred in the Netflix drama “The School Nurse Files” and has received multiple Best Actress awards this year for her performance in the movie “Kim Ji-young, Born 1982.” It’s also been confirmed that she has reunited with the cast of “Youn’s Kitchen” for a third season.
Han Suk Kyu recently starred in the film “Forbidden Dream” and reprised the role of doctor Kim Sa Bu in “Dr. Romantic 2.”
