Watch: Kim Yo Han, So Ju Yeon, And Yeo Hoe Hyun Stuck In Love Triangle In "A Love So Beautiful" Teasers

“A Love So Beautiful” is gearing up for its premiere with character teasers for its main roles!

WEi’s Kim Yo Han, So Ju Yeon, and Yeo Hoe Hyun will be taking the lead in this high school romance as Cha Heon, Shin Sol Yi, and Woo Dae Sung, respectively. The series is a remake of the 2017 Chinese drama of the same name.

The first teaser introduces the male lead, Cha Heon. He is a well-rounded character with high marks in academics and attractive looks. He is popular among his peers, but there is one person he is especially cold to – his neighbor and childhood friend of 17 years, Shin Sol Yi. He complains about her pestering him 24/7, until he finally admits, “But these days, I can’t help but notice you.”

In the next teaser, Shin Sol Yi’s positive energy radiates in every scene. She is unapologetically in love with her friend Cha Heon and expresses her affections to him nonstop in every shape and form. The video ends with a scene where the two share an intimate moment, and Shin Sol Yi’s narration says, “Someday, you will like me too.”

Observing this relationship with a painful heart is Woo Dae Sung, who has a crush on Shin Sol Yi. As a transfer student, he develops feelings for her right off the bat and gets close with her quickly. Even after realizing her love for Cha Heon, he sticks around and tries to be there for her. He settles on forming a sort of brotherhood with her instead, assuring her that he has got her back. But in the end he says, “To be honest, I wish you would know that I like you. A lot.”

“A Love So Beautiful” premieres December 28 at 5 p.m. KST on KakaoTV. There will be 24 episodes with each episode being approximately 20 minutes long.
