Ryu Kyung Soo Crosses Paths With SHINee's Minho After Argument With Han Ji Eun In "Lovestruck In The City"

KakaoTV original drama “Lovestruck in the City” unveiled new stills of SHINee’s Minho’s special appearance!

“Lovestruck in the City” is a short-form drama about the realistic romances of youth who live hectic lives in the city. Han Ji Eun plays Oh Sun Young, who goes with her instincts and is passionate in love. Ryu Kyung Soo plays Kang Geon, a man who chooses the single life.

On January 5, the drama gave a preview of Oh Sun Young and Kang Geon’s fiery breakup. The two are in the middle of a street, and despite the frigid weather, Kang Geon is wearing a short-sleeved shirt. The two characters were drawn to each other ever since the beginning, but now, their eyes are cold and distant, and the romantic spark between them turned into a blazing fire of resentment and spite.

After the breakup, Kang Geon fatefully meets Oh Dong Shik (Minho) at the bus stop. Their first meeting is unusual, but for some reason, the two seem to hit it right off. Viewers are curious about Kang Geon and Oh Sun Young’s relationship and the role Minho will play in the drama.

The production team commented, “The fifth episode that will air today (January 5) will honestly portray the breakup story of Kang Geon and Oh Sun Young as well as the topic of ‘organizing things after a breakup.’ Their answers will remind viewers of their past relationships. Please also look forward to Minho’s first appearance.”
