TREASURE’s newest album is receiving lots of love!

Following its release on January 11 at 6 p.m. KST, TREASURE’s first full album “THE FIRST STEP : TREASURE EFFECT” rose to the top of iTunes Top Albums charts in at least 18 countries, including Brazil, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Spain, and India.

In Japan, the album’s title track “MY TREASURE” soared to the top of AWA’s rising songs chart as soon as it was released. B-side track “Going Crazy,” which was also the signal song for TREASURE’s survival show “YG Treasure Box,” took the top spot on Rakuten Music’s real time overall rankings.

The “MY TREASURE” music video is drawing in views at a high speed, with already over 5 million views just ahead of the 24-hour mark since its release. YG Entertainment also revealed that “THE FIRST STEP : TREASURE EFFECT” recorded close to 250,000 copies in stock pre-orders as of January 11.

Meanwhile, TREASURE won Best New Artist awards at the 2020 Asia Artist Awards, the 2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards, and most recently, the 35th Golden Disc Awards.
