Lee Joo Young Is Passionate Reporter In New Time-Warp Mystery Drama

OCN’s upcoming drama “Times” released its first set of stills of Lee Joo Young!

“Times” is a new “time-warp” political mystery drama starring Lee Joo Young as Seo Jung In, the daughter of South Korean president Seo Gi Tae (played by Kim Young Chul). After miraculously communicating with journalist Lee Jin Woo (Lee Seo Jin) from five years in the past by phone call, Seo Jung In attempts to prevent the death of her father – but stumbles upon a dangerous truth in the process.

On January 14, the drama unveiled stills of Lee Joo Young as Seo Jung In, a passionate reporter living in 2020 who follows the footsteps of her president father who started out as a reporter. The photos portray her energetic and persistent side as a reporter who will stop at nothing to find the truth.

Lee Joo Young has impressed viewers with her ability to perfectly portray her unique characters in each project. Therefore, people are looking forward to her portrayal of Seo Jung In, especially since this is the first time she is appearing in an OCN drama.

On top of that, Lee Joo Young will show two different kinds of chemistry with her co-stars. She will team up with Lee Seo Jin, who plays the straightforward journalist Lee Jin Woo, to uncover the truth through phone calls. She will also join hands with Kim Young Chul, who plays her president father Seo Gi Tae, to showcase special father-daughter chemistry.

The production team of “Times” praised the actress, saying, “Lee Joo Young is a very thorough actress. She is effectively drawing out the emotional details of her character, who will become involved in both the past and present that will become more complex as the story progresses.”
