"The Penthouse" Teases Return With An Even More Villainous Uhm Ki Joon In Season 2

In the first season of the smash hit drama, Uhm Ki Joon gave viewers chills and thrills with his intense performance as the evil real estate tycoon Joo Dan Te. Although Joo Dan Te acted like a gentleman on the surface, he was far from it in reality: not only was he an abusive father to his twin children, but there was no limit to how far he would go for his insatiable greed—even if it meant murder.

On February 6, “The Penthouse” released its first glimpse of Uhm Ki Joon from its highly-anticipated second season. Sporting a luxurious suit and a relaxed smile, the actor radiates confidence and charisma as the dastardly Joo Dan Te.

Another photo captures Joo Dan Te coldly glaring at someone with an ominously blank expression, reminding viewers of just how dangerous the superficially charming tycoon is.

The producers of “The Penthouse” praised Uhm Ki Joon by commenting, “Through his acting, which captured his own unique color and style, Uhm Ki Joon pulled off the character of Joo Dan Te 200 percent. He led the way in making ‘The Penthouse’ so captivating and watchable that viewers could become completely immersed in it.”

They went on to tease, “In Season 2, Joo Dan Te will continue carrying out misdeeds that will go beyond anything viewers can imagine. Please look forward to his story in ‘The Penthouse 2.'”

“The Penthouse” will return with Season 2 on February 19.
