CL's Mother Passes Away

CL’s mother has passed away.

On February 10, CL’s agency, Team Very Cherry, stated, “CL’s mother, Hong Yoo Ra, who was living abroad at the time, passed away due to a heart attack at age 53 on January 23.”

The agency continued, “The funeral will take place for three days starting February 10 and the burial will take place on February 12. Due to the COVID-19 situation, the funeral will be held quietly with only family and close friends in attendance.”

The statement concluded, “Please send CL messages of comfort and encouragement. May the deceased rest in peace. Thank you.”
