Watch: Mnet's "Kingdom" Announces Date And Details For Introduction Stage Live Stream

Another teaser has been released for Mnet’s “Kingdom”!

“Kingdom” is the male version of Mnet’s competition program “Queendom.” THE BOYZ, who were the final winners on the preliminary show “Road to Kingdom,” will be competing on “Kingdom” along with Stray Kids, ATEEZ, BTOB 4U, iKON, and SF9. TVXQ will be hosting the show.

The new preview shows the production team meeting up with the six competing groups and TVXQ. The production team announces that the first recording will feature the groups’ 100-second introduction performances streamed live for a global vote. Global voting will take place for a specified amount of time and will be a portion of the total score.

At the end of the clip, TVXQ’s Yunho and Changmin ask once again if the performances will really be one take with no chance for retakes, and the staff confirms, “Yes, as long as our camera director doesn’t fall down or anything like that.”

The Introduction Stage for “Kingdom” will be streamed live via the Mnet K-pop YouTube channel on February 23 at 8 p.m. KST, and voting will take place on the Whosfan mobile application.
