GOT7 Tops iTunes Charts All Over The World, Including U.S., With 1st Release Since Leaving JYP

GOT7’s new song “ENCORE” is making waves on the international iTunes charts!

On February 20 at 6 p.m. KST, GOT7 dropped their latest track “ENCORE,” which marked their very first release since their departure from their longtime agency JYP Entertainment last month.

Within just hours of its release, the song soared to No. 1 on iTunes Top Songs charts in at least 40 different countries across the globe, including the United States. At 4:16 a.m. KST on February 21, Mark took to Twitter to celebrate their achievement, writing, “I wake up and we have 40 #1s?? Including #1 on US song chart??”

As “ENCORE” is still rising on the iTunes charts in multiple regions, that number is certain to climb even higher in the hours to come.
