BTS's "Dynamite" Becomes The Fastest Korean Group Music Video To Reach 900 Million Views
BTS’s “Dynamite” continues its hot streak on YouTube!
On March 10 at approximately 10 a.m. KST, the music video for “Dynamite” surpassed 900 million views on YouTube. As the video was released on August 21, 2020, at 1 p.m. KST, this means that it took about six months, 16 days, and 21 hours to reach the milestone.
This sets a new record as the fastest Korean group music video to hit 900 million views. The previous record was held by BLACKPINK’s “DDU-DU DDU-DU” at one year, one month, and 15 days. This is also BTS’s third music video to hit the milestone, following “Boy With Luv” and “DNA.”
Meanwhile, BTS has been confirmed to be performing at the upcoming 2021 Grammy Awards, where “Dynamite” is nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
