Lee Seung Gi, Lee Kyung Kyu, And Lee Seung Yeop Team Up For New SBS Golf Variety Show
Lee Seung Gi, Lee Kyung Kyu, and Lee Seung Yeop are starring in a new SBS variety show about golf!
On March 12, DongA.com reported that the trio was in conversation with SBS about appearing on an upcoming variety program related to golf. It was described that the show is still in the early planning stages and does not have a title yet. The report also states that the program will be helmed by producing director Ahn Jae Chul, who created the SBS basketball variety show “Handsome Tigers.”
Later that day, a source from SBS confirmed to Newsen, “Lee Seung Gi, Lee Kyung Kyu, and Lee Seung Yeop are appearing on a new variety show about golf.”
Lee Seung Gi stars on SBS’s “Master in the House,” and he previously impressed golfer Pak Se Ri with his swing while on the program.
Lee Kyung Kyu hosts shows including KBS 2TV’s “Dogs Are Incredible” and KakaoTV’s “ZZIN Kyung Kyu,” and he’s often described golfing as one of his hobbies. Lee Seung Yeop is retired baseball player who is now a commentator, and this is his first time appearing as a regular on a variety show.
